Kevin Moxham: General Manager
Mr. Moxham joined Bisha Mining in November 2011.  He is a professional engineer with over 25 years of experience, most recently General Manager positions in mining operations in Tanzania for Barrick at both the Bulyanhulu and North Mara Gold Mines.  His experience also includes GM (Mechanized Operations) at Lonmin Platinum Mines and Head of Engineering at Gold Fields Ltd.  Mr. Moxham is responsible for overseeing the continued success of the Bisha project and the on-going development of the Eritrea country management team.

Thinus Strydom: Operations Manager
Mr Strydom is a qualified mining engineer with 20 years of international experience in the Mining Industry. Mr. Strydom joined the Bisha team in December 2011 having worked in operational environments in Ethiopia, Mali, Fiji and most recently as the Operations Manager at the New Denmark Colliery in South Africa for Anglo American.

Chris Attwood: Mining Manager
Mr. Attwood commenced his mining career underground in the UK Cornish tin mines.  After graduating from the Camborne School of Mines in 1993 where he studied both Mining and Mineral Engineering, he started his international career with Goldfields in South Africa.  He has previously worked in numerous operational management roles in Africa, Central Asia, Australia and the United Kingdom in both underground and open pit operations.

Derek Bargh: Construction Manager
Over 30 years experience in project and construction management of mining facilities. Prior to joining the Bisha project team in January 2007, Mr. Bargh was a project manager for GBM minerals engineering consultants, and his last two projects for GBM were gold projects at Tianjinshan, for Eldorado Gold, in Western China and Chirano Gold, for Red Back, in Western Ghana.

Choong Tan: Finance and Administration Manger
Mr. Tan is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of varied and in-depth experience on commercial, corporate, finance and administration matters - 15 years experience working in the mining industry.  Mr. Tan joined the Bisha team in September 2011 after having worked seven years with Anvil Mining both in their corporate offices in Perth as well as at their Kinsevere mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where he was the country commercial manager.

Afwerki Kebreab: Human Resources Manager
Born in Eritrea in 1948 and completed University education majoring in Economics and Sociology. Continued education to Masters and a diploma in Planning. Became Regional Finance head in the government sector, with responsibility for both Finance and manpower administration. Changed a profession and sector from Finance to Hotel industry and started as a General Manager of 120 bed sized resort Hotel. Transferred to a Five Star Hotel (Intercontinental) as HR Manager of up to 500 staff and worked for 7 years. With for BMSC as HR manager since 2007.

Eugene Lehman: Process Manager
A Canadian citizen Mr. Lehman started his process career with one of Northern Canada’s most successful mining operation –Cominco’s Pb/Zn mine: Pine Point Mines.  He continued with Comeco in the commissioning and successful operation of plants in both Canada and Kyrgystan before joining Avocets - Zaravshan Gold Company in Tajikistan rising to assistant process manager.  Before joining BMSC, Mr. Lehman worked for First Quantum’s – Mauritania Copper Mines where he recruited, commissioned and operated their complex copper/gold plant rising to position of mill manager.

Roy Wight: Maintenance Manager
Mr. Wight was born in Victoria, Canada.  Educated in Canada, Australia & USA. where he has obtained a B.Sc MechEng. Journeyman Diesel Fitter, Welder, Paramedic (Trauma). Mr. Wight has worked in Mining Equipment Maintenance since 1974, in Canada, Mali, Russian Federal Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo and now Eritrea.
